Orange Olive Oil Cake

Orange Olive Oil Cake

Introduction

Few desserts capture the essence of sunny mornings quite like an orange olive oil cake. The bright, fragrant citrus zest combines with the subtle richness of olive oil to create a cake that’s moist, tender, and wonderfully aromatic. This cake is simple enough for a weeknight treat but elegant enough to serve at brunch or a special gathering. The silky crumb from cake flour and the gentle tang of Greek yogurt balance beautifully with the natural sweetness of sugar, making every bite light, flavorful, and utterly satisfying. Whether drizzled with a sweet orange glaze or dusted with powdered sugar, it’s a dessert that feels both comforting and refined.
