Chicken Shawarma
Introduction
Chicken Shawarma is a Middle Eastern classic that’s as comforting as it is flavorful. Tender chicken infused with a medley of spices, slow-cooked to perfection, and finished with a quick broil creates a dish that tastes straight out of a restaurant. Wrapped in warm, soft pita bread and paired with crisp vegetables, tangy cheese, and a creamy dill-yogurt sauce, this shawarma is perfect for casual weeknight dinners, entertaining friends, or a weekend family feast. Every bite is aromatic, juicy, and satisfying—a perfect balance of spices, acidity, and fresh ingredients.
