Ingredients

Salmon & Seasoning

  • 1 ½ lbs salmon fillets (≈ 680 g), 4 pieces, skin on or off
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp mustard powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp peanut oil (or olive oil)

Honey Glaze Sauce

  • ½ cup beef broth (≈ 120 ml)
  • ½ cup chicken broth (≈ 120 ml)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 3 tbsp packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • Pinch red pepper flakes

Broccoli

  • 2 cups broccoli florets (≈ 200 g)
  • 1–2 tbsp peanut oil (or vegetable oil)

For Serving

  • 3 cups cooked rice, any kind
