Ingredients
- 2โ3 lb pork shoulder or butt
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- ยฝ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ยฝ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Hamburger buns, for serving
Instructions
- Place pork in crockpot. Mix BBQ sauce, vinegar, paprika, garlic, salt, and pepper; pour over pork.
- Cook on low 8 hours or high 4โ5 hours until pork is tender.
- Shred pork with forks and serve on buns with extra sauce.
