Ingredients

For the Cake:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 5 tbsp (70 g) melted butter
  • 5 heaping tbsp (75 g) brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk or vegetable milk
  • 3 tbsp (15 g) cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 cups (150 g) oat flour
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) baking powder

For the Passion Fruit Cream Brigadeiro:

  • 1 batch of “fake” condensed milk (see notes)
  • 1 tbsp (14 g) butter
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) passion fruit juice concentrate or pulp (without seeds)
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) cream

For the Chocolate “Fake” Brigadeiro:

  • 1 batch of “fake” condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp (12 g) cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp (28 g) butter or coconut oil
