Ingredients
For the Cake:
- 3 large eggs
- 5 tbsp (70 g) melted butter
- 5 heaping tbsp (75 g) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk or vegetable milk
- 3 tbsp (15 g) cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups (150 g) oat flour
- 1 tbsp (15 g) baking powder
For the Passion Fruit Cream Brigadeiro:
- 1 batch of “fake” condensed milk (see notes)
- 1 tbsp (14 g) butter
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) passion fruit juice concentrate or pulp (without seeds)
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) cream
For the Chocolate “Fake” Brigadeiro:
- 1 batch of “fake” condensed milk
- 2 tbsp (12 g) cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp (28 g) butter or coconut oil
