- 1 (15 oz / 425 g) container ricotta cheese
- 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 ½ cups (150 g) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 large egg (50 g / 1.8 oz)
- 2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced (6 g / 0.2 oz)
- ½ teaspoon salt (3 g / 0.1 oz)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (0.5 g / 0.02 oz)
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional) (0.5 g / 0.02 oz)
Sauce:
- 3 cups (720 ml / 24 fl oz) marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml / 0.5 fl oz)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil (1 g / 0.035 oz)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano (1 g / 0.035 oz)
