Steak and Shrimp (Surf & Turf)

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Brush the seasoning mixture generously over both sides of the steaks and shrimp.
  4. Place the steaks on the grill and cook to your desired doneness, about 4–6 minutes per side for medium-rare, depending on thickness.
  5. While the steaks are cooking, add the shrimp to the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink, opaque, and lightly charred.
  6. Remove the steaks and shrimp from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes to retain their juices.
  7. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the steak and shrimp just before serving.
  8. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for a bright, fresh finish.
