Directions

- While the steaks are cooking, add the shrimp to the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until pink, opaque, and lightly charred.
- Remove the steaks and shrimp from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes to retain their juices.
- Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the steak and shrimp just before serving.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for a bright, fresh finish.
