• 100 g (3.5 oz / 1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
• Salt and pepper, to taste
Filling
• 200 g (7 oz) back bacon, chopped
• 150 g (5.3 oz) fresh baby spinach
• 1/2 cup shredded carrots (50 g / 1.8 oz)
• 2 spring onions, sliced
Topping
• Extra shredded cheddar cheese for finishing
