Seasoning & Liquid
• 360 ml (1½ cups) chicken broth or water
• 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 teaspoon paprika (5 g)
• ½ teaspoon black pepper (2 g)
• ½ teaspoon dried thyme (2 g)
• Salt to taste (optional, sausage can be salty)
