For the Dumplings
• 190 g (1½ cups / 6.7 oz) all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder (10 g)
• ½ teaspoon salt (2 g)
• 60 g (4 tablespoons / 2 oz) cold unsalted butter, cubed
• 180 ml (¾ cup) milk
