Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter until it starts to foam.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
  3. Add the shrimp in a single layer, cooking 2–3 minutes per side until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Pour in the Hennessy, honey, and fresh lemon juice, stirring to coat the shrimp evenly.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for another 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and becomes glossy.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the chopped parsley over the shrimp for a fresh, vibrant touch.
  7. Serve immediately with steamed rice, pasta, or a fresh green salad, spooning extra sauce over the top.
