Ingredients

• 1/3 cup melted butter (75 g)

• 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (240 ml / 8 fl oz)
• Reserved Oreo filling from above
• 1 tbsp lemon juice (15 ml / 0.5 fl oz)
• 1 tsp vanilla essence (5 ml / 0.17 fl oz)
• 14 g unflavored gelatin, dissolved in hot milk

Chocolate Ganache

• 1 cup whipping cream (240 ml / 8 fl oz)
• 250 g dark chocolate chips
• 3 tbsp butter (45 g / 1.5 oz)
