Ingredients
Mascarpone Mixture
• 3 eggs
• 250 g (8.8 oz) mascarpone cheese
• 100 g (1/2 cup) sugar
• 200 ml (3/4 cup) whipping cream
• Zest of 2 lemons
• Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp lemon liqueur (limoncello), optional
Coffee Soak
• 200 ml (3/4 cup) strong brewed coffee
• A little lemon zest
Assembly
• Ladyfingers biscuits (enough to layer)
• Cocoa powder, for dusting
• Thin lemon slices, for garnish
