- 1 cup (100 g / 3.5 oz) Italian-style breadcrumbs
- ½ cup (50 g / 1.8 oz) panko breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon (1 g) garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon (1 g) dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon (3 g) salt
- ¼ teaspoon (1 g) black pepper
- Vegetable oil for frying (about 3 cups / 720 ml, for deep frying)
For the Marinara Sauce
- 1 cup (240 ml) marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
