π Pumpkin Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 8 oz heavy whipping cream
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- ΒΎ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Β½ tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla.
- Fold the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture gently until smooth.
- Transfer to a container, freeze for at least 6 hours.
