    • 1/2 cup milk (120 ml / 4 fl oz)
    • 1/4 cup beer (60 ml / 2 fl oz)
    • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (113 g / 4 oz)
    • 1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Additional Ingredients / Garnish:

    • 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
    • 1 tablespoon fresh minced chives
