Ingredients

- 3 carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tbsp (15 g) tomato paste
- 1 liter (4 cups) beef broth
- 1 tsp (5 g) dried thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
