- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- Optional thickening: 1 tablespoon cornstarch + 1/4 cup cold water
