5. Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole
Classic spaghetti layered with ground beef, marinara, and melty mozzarella.
Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 g) cooked spaghetti
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz / 680 g) marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch dish.
- Brown ground beef in skillet; drain fat. Stir in marinara sauce.
- In prepared dish, layer half of spaghetti, half of sauce mixture, and 1 cup mozzarella. Repeat layers.
- Top with Parmesan and remaining mozzarella. Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Cheesy Ham and Rice Bake
Use leftover ham for a creamy, cheesy rice casserole.
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups diced ham
- 1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch dish.
- Mix rice, ham, soup, 1 cup cheese, and pepper in a bowl. Pour into dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake 20–25 minutes until heated through and cheese melted.
