5. Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole


Classic spaghetti layered with ground beef, marinara, and melty mozzarella.

Ingredients

  • 12 oz (340 g) cooked spaghetti
  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 jar (24 oz / 680 g) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Brown ground beef in skillet; drain fat. Stir in marinara sauce.
  3. In prepared dish, layer half of spaghetti, half of sauce mixture, and 1 cup mozzarella. Repeat layers.
  4. Top with Parmesan and remaining mozzarella. Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Cook Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 6–8


6. Cheesy Ham and Rice Bake


Use leftover ham for a creamy, cheesy rice casserole.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch dish.
  2. Mix rice, ham, soup, 1 cup cheese, and pepper in a bowl. Pour into dish.
  3. Top with remaining cheese and bake 20–25 minutes until heated through and cheese melted.
