A kid-friendly one-dish meal with savory Sloppy Joe filling and buttery biscuits.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 can (16 oz / 450 g) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a skillet, cook beef and onion until beef is browned. Drain fat.
  3. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Pour mixture into the baking dish. Top with biscuits (whole or halved) and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake 20–25 minutes until biscuits are golden and cheese melted. Serve warm.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups steamed broccoli
  • 1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 jar (15 oz / 425 g) Alfredo sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken, ham, broccoli, and 1 cup Swiss cheese. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff cooked pasta shells with mixture and arrange in the baking dish.
  4. Pour Alfredo sauce over shells and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly. Serve immediately.
