Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked fettuccine noodles
- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 jar (15 oz / 425 g) Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine noodles, chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top if using.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until hot and bubbly and breadcrumbs are golden.
- Serve immediately, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.

2. Taco Potatoes Casserole
A Tex-Mex twist combining seasoned ground beef, crispy potatoes, and melty cheese.
Ingredients
- 4 cups diced potatoes (pre-cooked or roasted)
- 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup salsa
- ½ cup sour cream (optional, for serving)
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain fat, add taco seasoning, and stir in ¼ cup water. Cook 2–3 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, beef mixture, salsa, and ½ cup cheese. Mix well.
- Pour into prepared baking dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with green onions and serve with sour cream.
