Ingredients

For the Shrimp:

  • 450 g (1 lb) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
  • 5 g (1 tsp) garlic powder
  • 2.5 g (½ tsp) onion powder
  • 1.25 g (¼ tsp) salt
  • 0.6 g (⅛ tsp) black pepper

For the Mango Salsa:

  • 1 mango, diced
  • ¼ red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced (optional)
  • 15 g (¼ cup) chopped cilantro
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lime juice
  • 2.5 g (½ tsp) salt
  • 1.25 g (¼ tsp) black pepper

For the Lime-Chili Sauce:

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) mayonnaise
  • 30 ml (2 tbsp) sriracha
  • 15 ml (1 tbsp) lime juice
  • 2.5 g (½ tsp) garlic powder
  • 1.25 g (¼ tsp) onion powder
  • 0.6 g (⅛ tsp) salt
  • 0.6 g (⅛ tsp) black pepper

For the Bowls:

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • ½ avocado, sliced
