  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (14 g) unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) clam juice
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup (80 ml) dry white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • All-purpose seasoning for shrimp and lobster
