Ingredients
- 6 half ears of corn
- 6 smoked sausage links
- 12 large red potatoes, halved
- 3 pounds fresh, unpeeled shrimp
- 2 teaspoons crab seasoning per liter of water
- 3 pounds oxtail
House seasoning:
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 box beef broth
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 large garlic cloves, halved
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 8 oz (225 g) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 Vidalia onion, cut into 6 wedges
- 4 medium carrots, cut into 2-inch pieces
- Hot buttered rice, for serving
