Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease.
- In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In another bowl, whisk egg and milk together.
- Place breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
- Pat chicken legs dry, coat in flour mixture, dip in egg mixture, then coat evenly with breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken legs on prepared baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 35–45 minutes, turning halfway, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
- Remove from oven, let rest 5 minutes, then serve hot.
