Directions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, carrot, and celery until softened, about 5–7 minutes.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.
- Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, and broth. Mix well.
- Add oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Adjust seasoning if needed. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of water or broth.
- Toss cooked noodles with the sauce or serve the sauce over the noodles.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese if desired and serve hot.
