Ingredients
For the Meatballs:
• 1 lb (450 g) ground chicken, turkey, or lean beef
• 3 garlic cloves, minced

• ½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
• ⅓ cup (35 g) plain breadcrumbs, plus extra for coating (or gluten-free if needed)
• 2 tsp dry oregano
• ½ tsp sweet paprika
• 1 cup (15 g) fresh parsley, chopped
• Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
• 20 baby mozzarella balls (bocconcini)
• 1–2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
For the Sauce:
• 25 oz (700 g) store-bought marinara sauce or homemade pasta sauce
• Optional: extra mozzarella balls to nestle into the sauce
