• 1 can (370 g) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tbsp (14 g) margarine
• 3 tbsp (15 g) cocoa powder (50% cocoa)
• ½ box (120 ml) heavy cream
Syrup for soaking (optional):
• ½ cup (120 ml) milk or simple sugar syrup
