A Classic Fast Food Tiny Treat
I am starting out by saying that I did not invent the recipe for these Mini Big Mac Cheeseburgers.
Recipes for these cheeseburgers are all over the internet and Pinterest. I have made these mini big mac cheeseburgers for many years ,I am simply sharing the steps to how I make them.
They’re super easy to make and they are always a hit. Bring them to a party, make them for dinner for something fun and different, or serve them on game day.

I will just share a few tips and tricks to making these burgers to make it easier on you.

The Big Mac Meat
I use 85% lean ground beef for this recipe, but you can use a more affordable ground meat if you choose. You will have to use paper towels to blot some of the grease off the top and bottom of the meat after it is cooked.
Additionally if you use a 75% fat ground beef, you will see that the meat shrinks a little bit more than the more lean beef. If you do not eat beef, you can substitute ground turkey for the beef in these Mini Big Mac Cheeseburgers.
To be clear, I have not used ground turkey but I think you would still enjoy the flavor of these cheeseburgers if you opt for it. Remember when you flatten the meat on the cookie sheet to make it a little larger than the buns. You want to make sure that you have enough to cover the entire bun through the shrinking of the meat.
