• 2 garlic cloves, minced (6 g / 0.2 oz)
• 1 tbsp dried chili flakes (6 g / 0.2 oz)
• 2 tbsp dried parsley (6 g / 0.2 oz)
• 2 tbsp paprika (12 g / 0.4 oz)
• 1/2 tbsp cumin powder (4 g / 0.14 oz)
• 1/2 tbsp garlic powder (4 g / 0.14 oz)
• 4 tbsp chopped olives (40 g / 1.4 oz)
• 3/4 cup water (180 ml / 6 fl oz)
• 1/2 tsp salt (3 g / 0.1 oz)

For the Dough:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour (250 g / 8.8 oz)
• 7 tbsp vegetable oil (100 ml / 3.4 fl oz)
• 1/2 tsp salt (3 g / 0.1 oz)
• Water as needed (approx. 100–120 ml / 3.4–4 fl oz)

For Brushing:

• 1 beaten egg (50 g)
