Instructions
- Preheat the oven to medium heat (around 180°C / 350°F). Grease a large baking dish with margarine.
- Lay out the fresh lasagna noodles on a clean, flat surface. Make sure they are spaced so you can easily work with them.
- Place a slice of mozzarella cheese and a slice of ham on each lasagna sheet.
- Roll up each sheet tightly, making sure the cheese and ham are enclosed within the pasta.
- Arrange the lasagna rolls side by side in the greased baking dish, leaving a small space between each roll for even cooking.
- Pour tomato sauce over the rolls, ensuring each one is well coated.
- Sprinkle the grated parmesan over the top for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and cherry tomatoes.
- Serve warm, accompanied by a fresh salad or your favorite side dish.
