Lasagna Roll

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to medium heat (around 180°C / 350°F). Grease a large baking dish with margarine.
  2. Lay out the fresh lasagna noodles on a clean, flat surface. Make sure they are spaced so you can easily work with them.
  3. Place a slice of mozzarella cheese and a slice of ham on each lasagna sheet.
  4. Roll up each sheet tightly, making sure the cheese and ham are enclosed within the pasta.
  5. Arrange the lasagna rolls side by side in the greased baking dish, leaving a small space between each roll for even cooking.
  6. Pour tomato sauce over the rolls, ensuring each one is well coated.
  7. Sprinkle the grated parmesan over the top for extra flavor.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and cherry tomatoes.
  10. Serve warm, accompanied by a fresh salad or your favorite side dish.
