Directions

  3. For over-easy style baked eggs: Crack one egg into each ham-lined muffin cup. Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs or toppings. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the eggs are set but yolks remain slightly soft. Serve hot.
  4. For omelette-style baked eggs: In a large measuring cup or bowl, whisk all the eggs together, seasoning with salt, pepper, and herbs. Pour the egg mixture evenly into each muffin cup over the ham. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the eggs are fully set. Serve warm.
