Ingredients and Required Items

  • 1 litre (1000 g / 33.8 oz) fresh milk
  • 1 pot (125–150 g / 4–5 oz) unsweetened plain yogurt or Greek yogurt
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 meter (approx. 3 ft) hydrophilic cotton compress (available at pharmacies)
  • 1 large bowl
  • Optional: pinch of salt
