  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese (57 g / 2 oz)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (57 g / 2 oz)
  • 4 tablespoons roasted garlic (36 g / 1.25 oz)
  • 4 tablespoons fresh herbs, minced (basil, chives, rosemary, oregano, etc.)
  • 2 teaspoons salt (10 g / 0.35 oz)
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Cheese Broccoli:

  • 4 cups broccoli florets (480 g / 1 lb)

  • 1 cup milk (240 ml / 8 fl oz)
