Garlic Butter Bacon Cheeseburger Rollups

Directions

  1. Prepare the filling: In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in chopped bacon, cream cheese, cheddar, ketchup, and mustard. Mix until creamy and fully combined. Season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.
  2. Assemble the rollups: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the crescent dough, pressing seams together to form a rectangle. Spread the cheeseburger filling evenly over the dough. Roll tightly from the long end like a jelly roll. Slice into 8 equal pinwheels and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Add garlic butter topping: Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over the tops of the rollups.
  4. Bake: Bake 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve: Garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or BBQ sauce.
