Ingredients

  • • 1 9-inch (23 cm) unbaked pie crust
  • • 1 cup light corn syrup (240 ml)
  • • 1 cup packed light brown sugar (220 g)
  • • 4 large eggs
  • • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (60 g / 2 oz)
  • • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (10 ml / 0.34 fl oz)
  • • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5 g)
  • • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves (150 g / 5.3 oz)
