Easy Seafood Boil

Instructions

  1. Wash all seafood, corn, and potatoes thoroughly. Cut potatoes into quarters.
  2. In a large bowl, mix Old Bay seasoning, garlic, and lemon juice. Coat seafood, corn, and potatoes evenly with the mixture.
  3. Cube butter and place it evenly over the top of all ingredients.
  4. Lay two sheets of foil (one on top of the other) and place all ingredients in the center. Fold foil around the food to seal completely.
  5. Place the foil packet in a 13×9” baking pan and bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes, until potatoes are tender and seafood is fully cooked.
  6. Carefully open the foil, serve hot, and enjoy!

Variations & Substitutions

  • Add lobster tails, smoked sausage, or hard-boiled eggs for extra protein.
  • Use red potatoes, fingerlings, or baby Yukon potatoes.
  • Swap Old Bay for Cajun seasoning for a spicier kick.
