Easy Quiche Cups

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin or line with paper cases.
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface. Using a cookie cutter or knife, cut circles slightly larger than the muffin tin holes.
  3. Gently press each dough circle into the muffin tin, shaping it to fit snugly and form a small crust cup.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Spread shredded cheese evenly into each dough cup, then add diced bacon or ham and chopped vegetables.
  6. Pour the egg mixture carefully over the fillings, leaving a small gap at the top to prevent overflow.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the egg custard is set and the tops are lightly golden.
  8. Allow quiches to cool for a few minutes. Use a knife to gently loosen the edges, then carefully remove the quiche cups from the tin.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
