Classic Stuffing Balls

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the dry stuffing mix with the melted butter and chicken broth, stirring until the mixture is evenly moistened.
  3. Add the beaten eggs, chopped onion, celery, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls, about the size of a golf ball, pressing lightly to help them hold together.
  5. Arrange the stuffing balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one to allow even cooking.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the balls are golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Remove from the oven and let the stuffing balls cool for a few minutes.
  8. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving to add a pop of color and fresh flavor.
