- 1 tsp (5 g) salt
- ½ tsp (2.5 g) black pepper
- 1 tsp (2 g) dried thyme or Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp (15 g) chopped fresh parsley (optional)
For the Glaze:
- ½ cup (120 ml) ketchup
- 2 tbsp (25 g) brown sugar
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Dijon mustard
