Cinnamon Cake

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a tart pan with butter and lightly flour it to prevent sticking.
  2. In a blender, add the 4 eggs. Blend for a few seconds until lightly mixed.
  3. Add ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt to the eggs. Blend to incorporate the spices.
  4. Pour in the milk cream, sugar, and milk. Add the butter and vanilla extract. Cover and blend for 3 minutes until smooth.
  5. Gradually add the flour to the blender in portions, mixing slowly to avoid overloading.
  6. Add the baking powder and blend again until the mixture is homogeneous and smooth.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared tart pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before slicing. Serve as is or with a cup of chocolate, coffee, or your favorite beverage.
