Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a tart pan with butter and lightly flour it to prevent sticking.
- In a blender, add the 4 eggs. Blend for a few seconds until lightly mixed.
- Add ground cinnamon and a pinch of salt to the eggs. Blend to incorporate the spices.
- Pour in the milk cream, sugar, and milk. Add the butter and vanilla extract. Cover and blend for 3 minutes until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour to the blender in portions, mixing slowly to avoid overloading.
- Add the baking powder and blend again until the mixture is homogeneous and smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared tart pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before slicing. Serve as is or with a cup of chocolate, coffee, or your favorite beverage.
