Directions
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Step 3: Make Garlic Butter Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 4: Combine Pasta and Beef
- Add the cooked penne to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
- Stir in the cooked ground beef until evenly mixed.
Step 5: Add Cheese
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pasta and beef.
- Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is evenly combined.
Step 6: Serve
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
