Cheesy Penne with Garlic Butter Ground Beef

Directions

Step 1: Cook the Pasta

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the penne according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Ground Beef

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Step 3: Make Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. In the same skillet, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.

Step 4: Combine Pasta and Beef

  1. Add the cooked penne to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic butter.
  2. Stir in the cooked ground beef until evenly mixed.

Step 5: Add Cheese

  1. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the pasta and beef.
  2. Stir until the cheese is melted and everything is evenly combined.

Step 6: Serve

  1. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!
