Ingredients

• 200 g (2 cups) almond flour
• 1 tbsp (14 g) baking powder
• 300 g (3 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese, low-moisture
• 60 g (2 oz) cream cheese, softened
• 2 large eggs
For the Topping:
• 100 g (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese
• 50 g (½ cup) parmesan cheese, freshly grated
• 15 g (¼ cup) cilantro or parsley, chopped, to serve
