Cheese Bread (No Yeast)

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a large baking tray with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together almond flour and baking powder.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  4. Transfer the melted cheese to a food processor fitted with a dough blade. Add eggs and the dry ingredients, and process until a smooth dough forms.
  5. Roll the dough into a large oval or rectangle on the prepared baking tray.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and parmesan evenly over the dough, leaving about 1.25 cm (½ inch) border around the edges.
  7. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with chopped cilantro or parsley, and slice lengthwise. Serve warm.
