Instructions
- In a medium saucepan or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

- Add the cleaned shrimp to the pan. Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the shrimp turn pink and lightly golden. Do not overcook, or the shrimp may become rubbery.
- Remove the pan from heat and sprinkle fresh chopped coriander over the shrimp. Stir gently to incorporate.
- Serve the butter shrimp immediately, warm, with steamed rice, crusty bread, or a simple salad.
