Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (300 g) granulated sweetener of choice, superfine
  • 2 tablespoons (15 g) almond flour, blanched
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • 1 cup (150 g) blueberries

For the blueberry topping

  • 1 cup (150 g) blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon (8 g) coconut flour
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) water
