- If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Preheat your grill or broiler to medium-high heat.
- Thread the beef cubes onto skewers, alternating with onion or bell pepper pieces if desired.
- Brush the kebabs lightly with olive oil to prevent sticking and add extra flavor.
- Grill the skewers for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness. For medium-rare, cook until the internal temperature reaches 130–135°F (54–57°C).
- Remove from heat and let the kebabs rest for 5 minutes before serving. This ensures the juices are retained and the meat stays tender.
