Bang Bang Salmon

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon 2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the sauce.
  5. Place seared salmon on the baking sheet. Brush generously with the bang bang sauce.
  6. Bake for 8–10 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  7. Remove from oven and brush with any remaining sauce.
  8. Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired, and serve hot.
