Directions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon 2 minutes per side until lightly browned.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the sauce.
- Place seared salmon on the baking sheet. Brush generously with the bang bang sauce.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from oven and brush with any remaining sauce.
- Garnish with green onions or sesame seeds if desired, and serve hot.
