• 1 tbsp sugar (12 g)
Egg Mixture

• 3 tbsp milk (45 ml / 1.5 fl oz)
Coating
• 1/3 cup sugar (65 g)
• 1/2–1 tsp cinnamon
• Powdered sugar, for dusting
