A Simple Instant Pot Spaghetti & Meatballs

Instructions

  1. Place frozen meatballs at the bottom of a 6-quart Instant Pot.
  2. Spread the broken spaghetti noodles evenly over the meatballs. Avoid stirring to prevent sticking.
  3. Pour in water and beef broth, then pour the jar of spaghetti sauce on top. Do not stir.
  4. Close the lid and cook on manual/high pressure for 9 minutes.
  5. Quick-release the pressure carefully.
  6. Remove the lid, stir gently, and let sit for a few minutes to thicken the sauce. Stir occasionally until it reaches the desired consistency.
